Cabernet Sauvignon, 2003 |

This type is really popular. The extremely complex scent and bouquet comes after seasoning firstly in new oak barrels and then in bottles for a few years. It is a soft, fiery, deep-red red wine with characteristic scent and intensive bouquet, and long, fine tannic acid. |

Semillon, 2004 |

It is a green and yellow, spicy, aromatic white wine, which is excellent attendant of the dishes of fish, light meats. In its bouquet you can feel the aroma of fig and lemon. It is full-bodied, manly, and rich in tastes. White wines of exceptional quality are made of it. |

Merlot Rosé, 2004 |

| Its colour is like the skin of the onion, it is a light, moderately harsh rose-wine with the bouquet of fruits. Concerning its character, it is closer to rather the white wines. The good rose is fresh, has the taste of fruits, beautiful acids, glittering, dim colour. Such a wine is difficult to make. |

Merlot, 2003 |

| The merlot grows ripe aproppriately to the middle of October (18-20 must-strength), the wine made of it is full-bodied and soft, contains much colouring matter, and it is rich in tannin, too. It is a garnet-red, aromatic and soft red wine with characteristic scent. |

Chardonnay, 2004 |

| An evangelic dean: József Fábián lived in the highland of Balaton gave a Hungarian name: "round leaf" to chardonnay in the beginning of 1800s. It is a full-bodied, dry, green and yellow white wine having definite smell and fine, elegant acid-content. |

Sauvignon Blanc , 2004 |

| It is a fine white and green white wine rich in tastes, having typical smell, vivid acid-content full of character. It is of French origin. It has an extremely hard type, it is pleasantly scented with elegant bouquet. Its taste reminds of Dutchman's pipe. |

Tramini , 2004 |

| It is a softer, yellowish, medium-sweet white wine with an aromatic scent and bouquet. The origin of Tramini has not been brought to light, maybe it comes from South-Tyrol. Several variations of it are known, of which the cultivation of the red tramini and the spicy tramini has spreaded. Many kinds of wines are made of it, from the completely dry and reductive to the medium-sweet, what is more: to the sweet wines mellowed in gauntry-barrels. |
